Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the aau9 platform and its users. By accessing the aau9 website or using any service, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

3.1 KYC Verification Process

aau9 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted — you must use only your own bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay account.
• If there is a delay in processing your deposit, notify the support team immediately.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Use the same payment method for withdrawals that you used for your deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the account is not fully verified.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• aau9 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

aau9 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following terms apply to claiming this bonus:

• The bonus applies to the first successful deposit only.
• A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Winnings earned from the bonus are withdrawable, but only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• One welcome bonus is given per account, per device and per IP address.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

The aau9 VIP program has four tiers and offers weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver — Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold — Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier by staying regularly active and maintaining loyalty on the platform. aau9 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they are for gaming use only.
• If bonus abuse is detected (multiple accounts, coordinated strategies, etc.), the bonus and associated winnings will be voided.
• aau9 specifies expiry dates for particular bonuses; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

Betting Rules

All bets on aau9 are considered final and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed, unless incorrect odds were provided due to a technical error on the platform.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted before the scheduled start time as per Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If there is a dispute about the outcome of a bet, the support team must be notified within 72 hours.
• aau9 reserves the right to limit or reject any bet.

6.2 Casino Games

• The outcome of all casino games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be voided and refunded.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

6.3 Multi Bet and Color Prediction

• Multiple selections can be combined in a multi bet; winnings will only be paid out if all selections are correct.
• Color prediction results are announced at the end of each round and are final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aau9 platform and if any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Operating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Providing false information or forged identity documents.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Abusing the bonus system (arbitrage betting, bonus hunting).
• Attempting to access the platform using hacking, malware or any software.
• Participating in colluding strategies with other users.
• Intentionally exploiting any platform error or bug to earn money.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for minors.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by aau9

aau9 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any section of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• In the interest of account security (suspicion of unauthorised access).

8.2 Account Closure by User

You can close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. It is your responsibility to withdraw all eligible balances before closing your account.

8.3 Voluntary Self-Exclusion
